NORWEGIAN COUNCIL FOR TOLERANCE AND PEACE (NCTP)

GOVERNANCE & LEGAL REPRESENTATION: The Founder & Chairman of the Board of Directors serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Legal Representative of the Organization across all international jurisdictions, maintaining overall strategic, constitutional, and administrative leadership.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE: Operating as an independent non-governmental, non-profit international organization governed in accordance with the laws of Norway and the United States of America (Section 501(c)(3) Internal Revenue Code).

MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT: Members commit to upholding values of peace, tolerance, and human rights, strictly refraining from activities conflicting with the Council’s non-profit mission.
