The idea of the (Norwegian Council for Tolerance and Peace) arose as a window, an international space, and a global platform concerned with the goals of tolerance, spreading peace, and lofty humanitarian goals, as an international organization that adopts the principles of democracy and takes international law and international conventions as a method for its work, to achieve a true and sustainable peace that humanity enjoys through spreading the culture of tolerance. Among peoples, and adopting a policy of soft power, the importance of which some countries have realized, adopted it and now advocated it globally.
